How does it work on the member side?
1. The participant chooses his activity
From your online schedule, he chooses his activity. Our advanced search filter enables them to find the activity that matches their interests or schedule, quickly and with just a few clicks.
2. Online booking
Once the participant has found their ideal course in your schedule, they can go straight to our online booking system to book their place. With just a few clicks, he's entered his details and his booking is ready.
3. Online payment
Once the booking has been completed, payment is made via our secure portal linked to Stripe. We accept a wide range of online payment methods, with or without instalments: SEPA bank transfer or credit card. We also accept a wide range of on-site payment methods: cheques, cash, ANCV, gift vouchers, donations, etc.
4. Reservation confirmation
Immediately after payment, a detailed confirmation is sent to the participant/member. It includes all necessary information, such as time, location and specific course details.

- Finalization and payment: registration is finalized with an integrated, secure payment process, if you offer online payment. If you do not wish to offer online payment, the registrant selects one of the on-site payments you have defined. The on-site payment is then entered into the software with the status "to be collected". If online payment is enabled, then users pay directly and complete their booking in just a few simple steps.
