Following this exchange, you can create your structure's account yourself, or ask your Viviarto representative for assistance.
Once your account is active, you can easily register your students/members directly from their smartphones for all your upcoming activities (courses, course cards, workshops, events).
Once published, your dance class schedule is accessible on a dedicated page, securely hosted by Viviarto. Simplify the registration process by embedding the link to this page directly on your website.
Your future students/members can then enroll on their own. They select the course that suits them best, on the day and at the time of their choice.

I already use AssoConnect, can I use Viviarto ?
Of course, you can use both software packages to manage your structure, as they complement each other.
Viviarto offers an optimal registration process for your students/members in your dance classes, with a presentation of your offer in the form of dynamic schedules adapted to all possible configurations: sliding-scale fees if several classes are booked online, registration in the form of a subscription or not, perfect management of year-round classes, quota management, etc. Viviarto is perfect for managing registrations for your dance classes, online or live, with or without online payment. But even if you can issue invoices to your registrants (for CE reimbursement, for example), you won't be able to enter your structure's expenses. For that, you need accounting software.
AssoConnect is first and foremost an accounting program for associations, enabling you to produce a balance sheet for your structure (income and expenses). This software is therefore useful for your accountant, but the member registration process is basic, and not suitable for dance studios, schools and associations, as it is not presented in the form of a schedule, for example.
